So, why me?

I was a very sporty child. I am 'THAT' person that loved PE a little bit too much and maybe tried a little too hard on sports day..

​

That love for sport lead me into a BSc. in Sport Science and Management from Loughborough University as well as swimming in the 2016 Olympic Games, becoming a personal trainer with over 1000 hours of experience coaching clients 1:1, and now, for the last 5 years SHREDDY's Fitness lead, programming plans for 10's of thousands of women. ​

You should be able to look and feel your best everyday, and I am here to motivate you, hold you accountable, support you and most importantly provide you with with the knowledge needed to make educated choices for the rest of your life.

We're building strong minds, strong glutes, STRONG WOMEN over here and I can't wait for you to join us.
