Coaching is provided through an app which will allow you to view and track your workouts and lifts, watch video demonstrations and contact me whenever.

INITIAL DETAILED CONSULTATION & WEEKLY CHECK INS
​

- An initial detailed phone call where we will discuss current training/diet routine and plan for your future training goals.
 
- During the initial call we will discuss how to tailor your programme to your lifestyle, ensuring high levels of adherence.
 
- Weekly Check Ins: Progress check ups every week to ensure progression, assessing the previous week and making programme changes if needed.

FULL TRAINING PLAN WITH NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT

- Programmes are completely tailored to your goals, lifestyle and experience. 
 
- Video demonstrated exercises
 
- Unlimited video form check

- Full support with your nutrition. Calorie/macronutrient splits and meals plan ideas.
​
- You will acquire an understanding of food and how it fuels your body. As well as how YOU can control your energy levels and weight with proper nutrition.

ACCOUNTABILITY, SUPPORT & PROGRESSION 

- A new block every 4 weeks. This will be based on your feedback from the previous block.

- A focus on getting STRONG  with a variation of exercises centred around your main lifts with progressions and regressions.

- Payment made every 4 weeks. No pressure to continue. 
​
- Have someone to hold you accountable to your goals, everyday. 
 
- You have a guaranteed person on your team, rooting for you.
