I was a very sporty child. I am 'THAT' person that loved PE a little bit too much and tried a little too hard on sports day. However, this love for sport lead me into a BSc. in Sport Science and Management from Loughborough University as well as onto swimming in the 2016 Olympic Games and finally, becoming a personal trainer with over 1000 hours of experience coaching clients 1:1.
Everyone has their 'thing' and I turned my enjoyment for exercise into my career. If you dreaded sports day and still can't really stand the thought of going out for a run, but are looking to get a little stronger, a little fitter and a lot happier along the way, I'm your girl.
There is no 'one size fits all' approach with me and ensuring that your training and nutrition goals are specific to you and only you is my top priority. I do not believe in restriction diets and as a result I won't entertain the idea of a 'cheat meal.' Trust me, we can have wine, cheese and chocolate and STILL be on track to reach your fitness goals. Not with magic, just with science I promise!
You should be able to look and feel your best everyday, and I am here to motivate you, hold you accountable, support you and most importantly equip you with the knowledge needed to make educated choices for the rest of your life.

1 or 2 hours a week in the gym is great. But what about the rest of them? Although I may not be with you in the gym, you have access to me 24/7 for motivation, technique check ups and nutritional advice. You can message me directly and have a guaranteed response on the same day. Alongside this you have the autonomy to work out in your own time, within the scope of your current work schedule. Personal training can often be expensive and this is an affordable alternative that will help you reach your goals just as fast!
I am based in Edinburgh, out of PUREGYM Quartermile. I offer 1:1 sessions with outdoor options available. Sessions include technique assessments, nutritional advice and customised training plans. I will also help you to ensure that you are held accountable to your goals.
